It may be because of this hard part 50’s haircut I just got, but lately I have been fixated on gold watches. It could also be attributed to me finally getting some more info on my grandfathers gold watch that I have, but more on that later. The watch we see here is a Nixon which they are calling “The Spur.” This is a japanese movement watch with three hands, one of my favorite combos. Fuck, this watch is incredible, seriously, just notice how I used bold letters! Part of the new intelligent quartz line, which is a totally new movement. With a 43mm case and a tan leather strap this watch pretty much has all of the elements required to be a staple in the Joe C wardrobe. Pick yours up for, ready for this… $150! Look for it at Nordstrom and your local go to Timex spot.

I have been of a fan of Burberry products for quite some time now, mostly their rain coats and parka’s, but this watch has made me take a long hard look at their accessories. This gorgeous chronograph is part of the Burberry Brit collection and looks to be just under $600. Keep your eyes on your local Burberry store for more info, or just take a look at my wrist in the next couple of months to see one first hand.

If you are like me and are a fan of basic understated watches this Victorinox Swiss Army Original may be for you. With a Swiss quartz movement, 20mm bezel, and 100 meter water resistance this watch is pretty much the full package. I also forgot to mention it is only $325! Available in a few different color options, but no work on release date yet. So keep your eyes pealed!

Nixon watches, the go to brand of Joe C. This one is called the Genie and it makes a perfect casual watch, you don’t even have to be wearing a shirt to rock this timepiece. Available in six different colors and only $120 this may be another one of those pieces that I have in ever color. Pick yours up at your local shop, but just in case you live in the middle of nowhere, pick yours up here.

Oh man, another fine offering from Timex, this particular one is the their Dive Watch. With a 39mm bezel it seems to be the perfect size to wear with a nice pair of light pinstriped pants and a j. crew button up. Unbelievably priced at just $85 so you can afford a watch AND a shirt. Ugh. Talk about sick. The summer surplus collection from Nixon is looking fresh, I think I even see another sick creation from Best Made Axe Co in there! Keep your eyes to nixon.com for some of the awesome pieces from this collection.

Another super rad offering from oclock. I posted a few months back with their full line of colorful watches, but they are back with a new design. Another fine offering from Bell & Ross who never fails to impress. Just last week I was wandering passed a local shop and saw a Bell & Ross watch in the window so I went in to see what they had. They had pretty much every sick B&R watch that I have blogged about here and a few others that I had never seen. I tried a few on and the lady even offered to “give a little discount” if I picked one up. Now as nice as that is, I have no intention of purchasing a $5k watch any time soon. However, if that was the plan I am pretty sure Bell & Ross would be the route I went.

Another sick watch from Nixon! No word just yet how much this will be selling for, but if I had to guess I would put it between $250-$350. Available in five colors including a really nice looking antique copper. I may be picking one of these up when they release!

Bell & Ross - BR01-94 $9,800

Here is a pretty cool looking watch by a company called Sonbol, who I have never heard of. It has a 54mm case and is available with either rubber or leather band. Pretty moderately priced, as far as watches go. Cop yours here.
