I have never really been a fan of Chuck Taylor’s honestly, but these are nearly perfect. It probably helps that I roll my jeans up like that everyday, including right now. Pick yours up at Juice… if you are in Asia.

I kicked my SB addiction a long time ago, but these make me question my decision. I have always been a dunk guy but you really can’t go wrong with a fresh pair of blazers. I know, there has been a recent bombardment of New Balances on my blog, but I just cannot help myself! Available early 2011 at “Select Retailers” means that you will probably only be able to find them at some exclusive stores. 

New Balance - 574 $TBA

New Balance 574 Premiums. Every person needs to own a pair of 574’s. End of story.

I never really got into New Balances, save for that time that I really liked a pair and bought them in all three colorways the same day. Aside from that they were never really my thing, not sure why. Either way, these are in the NB spring/summer line so they won’t be available until January or so but I could see myself getting a pair of these to rock to the gym. You can probably cop a pair here  in a few months, if they are your thing.

New Balance MTG580 - $TBA

Ok, thats it, I have waited long enough. 2010 is the year that I will actually buy myself a pair of Clarks. I have owned many a pair of knockoff Wallabees in my day, I think any REAL wutang fan has, but you can’t match the quality of some real Clarks. Apparently these are inspired by British officer boots from World War 2, but who knows how true that is. Either way, they are classic enough to wear with dress pants and stylish enough to wear with jeans. Pick up your pair in Tysons Corner if you are in these parts, or cop them here.

Another fresh pair of fall shoes. Being a twenty eight year old dad, my days of neon Nike’s are in the past. I know I have said it over and over again on here but there is really nothing like kicking back in some skinny pants, fresh suede shoes and a light tshirt. Cop yours here, and please don’t wear them with shorts, you look like a fool when you do that. 

Alife Chuck Indoor - $92

Sperry Top Sider Chukka boot. Can’t help but to want these on my feet this fall. Available in three colors, but I am partial to the grey. To say that Sperry shoes are timeless would be an understatement, they have been around since 1935 and are going as strong as ever. A little known fact is that the brother of the creator of the Sperry Top Slider is the author Armstrong Sperry, who wrote Call it Courage back in the early forties. Just sayin. It is getting close to the time of the year where Im gonna have to turn in my flip flops and j. crew shorts for some denim and fresh shoes again. These may be my first fall purchase. These are from the Vault by Vans collection. Cop yours here.

Every man needs fresh dress clothes, it’s a fact. You can’t lock down a great job or turn heads at a nice restaurant if you are dressed like you are in middle school. Stepping up your game is always a good idea, and a fresh pair of Oxfords is a good start. You can dress these up with a nice pair of slacks, or dress them down with some seersucker skinny suit pants.
