It may be because of this hard part 50’s haircut I just got, but lately I have been fixated on gold watches. It could also be attributed to me finally getting some more info on my grandfathers gold watch that I have, but more on that later. The watch we see here is a Nixon which they are calling “The Spur.” This is a japanese movement watch with three hands, one of my favorite combos. Keep your eyes to the Nixon site for an eventual release.
Lets just be honest for a second, if you have a mustache it sometimes gets unruly. I have been growing my beard for exactly six weeks now and I personally could use some of this pomade, so if there is a man in your life that aches for a handlebar mustache, this is the gift. Pick yours up here for only $15 and start training for the World Beard Championships.
Check out this awesome watch from Nixon. It’s not exactly new, and its definitely not the most groundbreaking design, but this watch is still nothing short of amazing. Named the Corporal and available in three different colors and starts at just $130! Pick yours up by heading over to the Nixon website, HERE.
Want to do something good while looking dashing? Head on over to Knockaround to pick up a pair of these limited edition premiums, just $28, with $5 from each pair going to Michelle’s Place to providing support and resources to women with Breast Cancer. Head on over HERE to pick your pair up and help someone in the process.
Fuck, this watch is incredible, seriously, just notice how I used bold letters! Part of the new intelligent quartz line, which is a totally new movement. With a 43mm case and a tan leather strap this watch pretty much has all of the elements required to be a staple in the Joe C wardrobe. Pick yours up for, ready for this… $150! Look for it at Nordstrom and your local go to Timex spot.
Some of you may have heard a rumor that I am completely and utterly obsessed with sunglasses, all styles, all brands, I am addicted. Lately I have been picking up a lot of Knockaround sunglasses, made in California by an awesome dude named Ace and perfectly designed to work with my style. Knockaround puts out some of the sickest sunglasses in the game, in a ton of different colors and several styles. One of my favorite things about Knockaround is the limited edition pairs that they put out from time to time and these C-Notes are absolutely no exception. I could describe them but it would be better if you heard it straight from Ace. Click here to see all the details and cop your own pair, for only $38!!
I have been of a fan of Burberry products for quite some time now, mostly their rain coats and parka’s, but this watch has made me take a long hard look at their accessories. This gorgeous chronograph is part of the Burberry Brit collection and looks to be just under $600. Keep your eyes on your local Burberry store for more info, or just take a look at my wrist in the next couple of months to see one first hand.
I have never really been a fan of Chuck Taylor’s honestly, but these are nearly perfect. It probably helps that I roll my jeans up like that everyday, including right now. Pick yours up at Juice… if you are in Asia.
If you are like me and are a fan of basic understated watches this Victorinox Swiss Army Original may be for you. With a Swiss quartz movement, 20mm bezel, and 100 meter water resistance this watch is pretty much the full package. I also forgot to mention it is only $325! Available in a few different color options, but no work on release date yet. So keep your eyes pealed!
Nixon watches, the go to brand of Joe C. This one is called the Genie and it makes a perfect casual watch, you don’t even have to be wearing a shirt to rock this timepiece. Available in six different colors and only $120 this may be another one of those pieces that I have in ever color. Pick yours up at your local shop, but just in case you live in the middle of nowhere, pick yours up here.
Check out this awesome leather iPad case by Hard Graft. They originally came out with a similar laptop sleeve and it seems due to high demand they have created an iPad sleeve. Hand crafted from the softest vegetable tanned leather and lined with British woven wool you can be sure this sleeve is the highest quality around. Pick yours up today for only €179.00 by clicking here.
This is a fine bag from The Cambridge Satchel Company. I haven’t really done any research on it, but I would venture to guess the company was started by some well dressed Harvard undergrads, looking for a way to carry around their Macbook’s and hardbound books. Pick yours up for a measly $240.05 by clicking here.

My favorite jacket from a company who’s name I cannot pronounce, fjallraven. I first wandered into this store the morning of my wedding while walking through SoHo. It was a really awesome shop, completely underground, AND they had Axes hanging on the wall so that pretty much sealed the deal for me. This will be my go to coat this winter, 100% polyamide with Hydratic Fabric, and filled with Supreme Micro Loft and available in two delightfully Swedish colors for only $475 by clicking here.
I don’t know about anyone else, but buying dress shirts is a pain in the ass for me. I am 5’10” 155 pounds, which sounds like a pretty simple formula for shirt buying, wrong. I have semi big shoulders and big pecs naturally so small shirts are almost always too tight on me, but medium shirts are huge. Another problem I have with small shirts is, they are generally made for really skinny guys so they are almost always just a bit short too tuck into dress pants.
This has been a problem for forever with me until recently when I came across j. crew haberdashery shirts, which for some reason only seem to be available at the outlet store. The fit is pretty nice, a perfect length to tuck in, or to wear with jeans (don’t forget that pocket square!) and a nice pair of Sperry top siders. Another fantastic product that J. Crew offers now is “The Neck & Sleeve Shirt” which allows you to buy shirts with individual sizing on the sleeve and the neck, this is great for people who have sizes that are a little off like yours truly. If you want to check them out, head on over HERE and see what they have to offer, and don’t forget to head down to your tailor and get a proper measurement first!
